What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services designed to meet all of your beauty needs—whether you're just getting your locs maintained, a natural hair style, full set, or wax, Our team of beauty professional are ready to help you look and feel your best.
Can I bring guest?
Guest are welcomed. Please ensure they can wait patiently as services are being rendered.
What happens if i cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment directly through your appointment confirmation email. Appointment cancellations within 24hours will result in a fee of 50% of remaining balance. Balance must be paid prior to rebooking. No call, No Show will be charged 100% of total service cost and banned from booking in the future. Please reach out directly to the service provider that you booked with for any additional questions or concerns.
Are you appointment only?
Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure you can book with your preferred beauty professional. Walk-ins are welcomed. Please contact us via phone or text at 757-968-9509 for same day appointments.
What if i'm late?
There is a 10 minute grace period before you are considered late, your appointment will be cancelled or a late fee will apply. We also respect the time of our clients and most professional will give a discounted rate if behind schedule. Please contact service provider for questions or concerns.
Deposits & Retainer fees?
All Deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable regardless of its percentage or full payment! Deposits and retainer fees are ONLY redeemable during the month that you book for. We will not apply it to the following month if you cancel.
