At House of Bella Rose Salon, we offer an 18-month apprenticeship program designed for motivated future beauty professionals who want hands-on training in a real, fast-paced salon environment.
Our apprentices work side by side with licensed stylists, gaining practical experience, guided education, and the confidence needed to succeed in the beauty industry.
Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices are eligible to sit for the Virginia State Board exam to obtain their Cosmetology License.

What You will learn
As an apprentice, you’ll learn:
Professional client care and consultation
Sanitization + salon safety standards
Shampooing and blow-drying techniques
Hair styling, braiding, and protective styling fundamentals
Waxing, brow shaping, and basic esthetics
Color, cutting and chemical services
Business + customer experience skills
Our structured program combines hands-on work with theory hours to help you build a strong foundation while preparing for state licensure.
You will perform credited hours in the following services:
TEXTURE
HAIRCUTTING
SKIN CARE
NAILS
MAKEUP
SALON BUSINESS
As well as complete 144 Related Technical Instruction through New Horizons Regional Education Center.
