Brittany is a Licensed Cosmetologist and Instructor, Master Loctician, and passionate salon owner dedicated to healthy, beautiful hair. She grew up doing hair, starting her journey as a braider, but shortly after graduating from Rudy and Kelly, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, she discovered her true calling- Locs.

With over five years of professional experience behind the chair, Brittany has mastered the art of loc care, maintenance, and styling. Her mission is to cultivate, educate and encourage you throughout your experience as well as create an inviting, educational space where clients not only love their look and understands how to care for their locs, but feel heard, respected and part of our family at House of Bella Rose.

Through her apprenticeeship program, Brittany is proud to train and mentor the next generation of stylist, sharing techniques, professionalism and passion for the craft.

Ronda holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, and has over 18 years of experience in education. Most recently she worked as a behavior therapist supporting children with autism. Throughout her career, she has also been deeply involved in various communities outreach programs. In addition to her work I education and therapy, she has spent time in the beauty industry as a makeup artist. Her passion is empowering women, educating them on self-care, and helping them build confidence. She believes every woman should feel beautiful from the inside out.

Natural Hair Specialist, Junior Loctician

Janiyah is a recent graduate of Empire Beauty School and a passionate natural hair specialist with over four years of hands-on experience. She loves curating locs, twists, and plaits, helping clients embrace and maintain the health of their natural hair. Dedicated, detailed-oriented, and always eager to learn, Janiyah is excited to continue growing her skills and building lasting relationships in the salon while delivering styles that make every client feel confident and empowered.
